Sarah Simon-Dahl
Born in Pensacola, Florida and raised all over the country due to her father’s military career, Sarah Simon-Dahl ultimately put down roots in the Midwest—attending high school and college in Iowa and proudly calling Sioux Falls home. She earned a double major in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Northern Iowa (Go Panthers!), a background that fuels her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and client-focused approach.
Sarah’s path to real estate was shaped by both personal experience and a lifelong fascination with homes. After buying multiple homes herself and experiencing firsthand the impact of a great realtor, she was inspired to help others navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and clarity. Prior to real estate, Sarah spent over six years as a 911 dispatcher for the City of Sioux Falls, honing her ability to stay calm under pressure, advocate for others, and communicate effectively—skills that continue to serve her clients today.
Outside of real estate, she enjoys staying active, supporting local businesses, attending community events, and spending time with her husband, Conrad, and their dogs, Kona and Ka$h, as they prepare to welcome their first child.
